Abramovic Has Got It Wrong Again!

It surprises me that there's no continuity in football these days, do chairmen and owners not understand that a team needs to be stable, for it to be a success???? Roman Abramovic always gets it wrong football is not Pro Evolution or FIFA where you win every trophy and game in Season Mode. This is the real world where the best team or every team will have bad moments, you just need to toughen up and go back to drawing board to get back to winning form. Gary Monk was another shock he lead Swansea to great things and yet because they're going through a bad patch they decided to sack him. It's beyond an expensive joke a manager needs at least 3 seasons or more to prove him self not a few months or a year. Like they always say "You can't build Rome in a day."

I honestly feel that if Chelsea stuck with The Special One, they could be a force in European and world football, okay Chelsea have lost 9 in 16, okay they might not get to the top 4 and are playing for pride, But Jose always turns it around his CV speaks for himself, his record speaks for itself, which is quite evident, if there was quarrels in the dressing room. Then yh maybe they were right to sack him. But the players have to take most of the blame they won the league last season for God's sake, now they're in a relegation scrap, it doesn't add up so many players from Hazard, to Oscar who was world class against Sunderland yesterday and Ivanovic have been poor who were impressive last season. Whether you like or your boss or not you go work giving your all and your best, this year I worked in Jones The Bootmaker and I couldn't stand my ex boss and ex assistant general manager with a passion, they bullied and treated me like crap but I didn't care, I ignored them because I am a professional & won't let pettiness get in my way and give my best to the company who pays me. The players should have taken the same stance you're getting paid to do a job not to make friends.

I don't know what's next for one of the best tacticians in the game, I know he won't be putting his foot on the pedal yet, they'll be so many offers coming his way, even the Man United job where many are touting the Special One to go. But with that said no matter how bitter and miserable his second stint in Chelsea ended Jose Mourinho is still one of the best coaches in football and what will be Chelsea's loss will be another team's gain.
