Abramovic Has Got It Wrong Again!

It surprises me that there's no continuity in football these days, do chairmen and owners not understand that a team needs to be stable, for it to be a success???? Roman Abramovic always gets it wrong football is not Pro Evolution or FIFA where you win every trophy and game in Season Mode. This is the real world where the best team or every team will have bad moments, you just need to toughen up and go back to drawing board to get back to winning form. Gary Monk was another shock he lead Swansea to great things and yet because they're going through a bad patch they decided to sack him. It's beyond an expensive joke a manager needs at least 3 seasons or more to prove him self not a few months or a year. Like they always say "You can't build Rome in a day."

I honestly feel that if Chelsea stuck with The Special One, they could be a force in European and world football, okay Chelsea have lost 9 in 16, okay they might not get to the top 4 and are playing for pride, But Jose always turns it around his CV speaks for himself, his record speaks for itself, which is quite evident, if there was quarrels in the dressing room. Then yh maybe they were right to sack him. But the players have to take most of the blame they won the league last season for God's sake, now they're in a relegation scrap, it doesn't add up so many players from Hazard, to Oscar who was world class against Sunderland yesterday and Ivanovic have been poor who were impressive last season. Whether you like or your boss or not you go work giving your all and your best, this year I worked in Jones The Bootmaker and I couldn't stand my ex boss and ex assistant general manager with a passion, they bullied and treated me like crap but I didn't care, I ignored them because I am a professional & won't let pettiness get in my way and give my best to the company who pays me. The players should have taken the same stance you're getting paid to do a job not to make friends.

I don't know what's next for one of the best tacticians in the game, I know he won't be putting his foot on the pedal yet, they'll be so many offers coming his way, even the Man United job where many are touting the Special One to go. But with that said no matter how bitter and miserable his second stint in Chelsea ended Jose Mourinho is still one of the best coaches in football and what will be Chelsea's loss will be another team's gain.

Arsenal, What's The Point In Qualifying For Europe?

I've been in a cave for the last 3 weeks, LITERALLY!!!! (don't ask why lol) I don't really have a clue what's going on in the world, so I thought let me check who Arsenal will play in the knock-out stages of Europe. I saw Barcelona in big black bold letters I thought "Oh lord we're going out again" It's like we qualify for Europe just to get knocked out in first round, since 2009 where Man United humbled he Arsenal faithful, in the semi-finals it's like we're the but of jokes in Europe. I know that in football anything can happen but Arsenal's chances of beating Barca you have more chance of Satan giving up the kingdom of hell and saying he want to be an angel again.

With our frail defence and Suarez, Neymar and Messi in the forms of our lives, do I start being depressed now or in February? It's always been my dream that one day we conquer Europe as we are one of the top most underachieving big teams in Europe like Roma, Valencia and many others. I've always said that while Wenger is at the helm we won't be a top team, he's failed to bring in a 20 plus goal striker even though Walcott and Giroud are hitting the ground running they're not exactly Suarez or Lewandowski are they?

Also our defensive mid issue is our achille's heel he (Monsieur Wenger) still hasn't addressed this situation. Bayern Munich was a clear evidence when they thrashed the gunners. How do we expect to be the giants and  be successful in Europe let alone the league, where the manager can't but the players we need, and has no plan b? When we do get knocked out and Neymar and co are scoring goals for fun, and the Barca midfield will be toying us like it's piggy in the middle don't say I never told you so.
